FAQs

  • A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to give more then a day’s notice or you will be charged. We appreciate your understanding as your and our time is valuable. We love to book ourselves accordingly - so we are able to provide the highest quality of work that our clients have grown to love and expect. With that being said, short notice cancellations leave our stylist with empty spots in their day and little to no time to fill them.

    • Canceling the day before your appointment: you are subject to a 25% charge of the service cost.

    • Canceling, No Showing or Showing up 15 minutes past your appointment time, the day of your appointment will result in being charged the full service amount.

    • Non-confirmation does not equal Cancellation. Please contact us if you are unable to make your appointment, so we are able to help you reschedule / cancel your appointment.

    • In the case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged, but part or full amount of the fee may be deducted from your future appointment cost.

    • Confirmation calls are a courtesy and are not guaranteed. That is why we highly recommend opting in to our text messaging system - where you will receive a text reminder 3 days before your appointment.

  • Our salon services are all àl a carte. Color services do not come with a gloss, haircut, or blow out, therefore they need to be booked accordingly. Please visit our “how to book” section under our services tab for a detailed explanation on online booking. Our facial treatments are complete with a full skincare routine. Additional services are available to add on to any treatment. Visit our spa menu for full service details.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of your service. You do not need to pay for your service with the Credit/Debit Card on file. Leaving the card on file secures your appointment day and time. You can pay for your service with cash, credit/debit, or check at the time of your appointment.

  • Pricing varies as your service is customized specifically for you. This will be addressed during the consultation with your Stylist/ Technician. Do not hesitate to bring up concerns, budgets or questions at that time!

  • Yes, Our Stylist starting at prices are biased off of a level system. There are many things that lead to advancement in level, to mention a few; Education, years behind the chair, level of demand.

    Levels listed below are in descending order.

    Lead Stylist, Master Stylist, Senior Stylist, Stylist, and Junior Stylist.

  • As both of our time is very valuable, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This ensures you have time to fill out any required questionnaires and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before your service starts. Being early also allows our team members to start promptly and provide the highest quality of work that our clients have grown to love and expect.

  • We require a credit card to be put on file to hold your appointment. Extension services require a deposit to cover the cost of your hair. Weddings, both on and off location, require a deposit to reserve the day and time.

  • During your salon visit our stylists are mindful of your clothing. We use smocks and capes to protect you from all chemicals and hair, therefore you may wear whatever you are comfortable in.

    - Please note that hooded and turtleneck shirts are at higher risk for transfer of color, you may be asked to change into a provided color smock for your service.

    - To ensure no damage will be done to your formal hair style, please wear a button down shirt.

    - For facial and back treatments you will be provided a spa wrap to put on. You will also be asked to remove all necklaces before your service.

  • Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase either over the phone or in person.
