
Salon Policies & Terms and Conditions
1. Appointment Booking & Cancellations
Booking Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance either through our website, over the phone, or in person. A credit card is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations made after booking will result in the following fees, charged to the card provided:Cancellations made the day before your appointment will result in a charge of 25% of your total service cost.
Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
In the event of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will still apply, but a partial or full amount may be credited toward your future appointment.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled. A cancellation fee will also be charged, and we may need to reschedule your service to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.Booking Confirmation:
After booking, you will receive a call from one of our Guest Services team members (on our next business day) to collect your card information, which will be used to hold your appointment time.Credit Card on File for Cancellations & No-Shows:
The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged for any cancellations, changes to appointments, or no-shows, as per the cancellation policy. If you do not pay the cancellation or no-show fee, you will be banned from booking future appointments with us, and your account may be sent to collections.We appreciate your understanding, as both your time and ours are valuable. We strive to manage our schedule effectively to provide the highest quality of service. Short notice cancellations leave our stylists with limited opportunities to fill their time, which impacts their ability to serve other clients.
2. Price Changes & Service Adjustments
Additional Products: Services requiring extra products (e.g., color, treatments) will incur additional charges, which will be communicated prior to service.
Time-based Charges: If a service exceeds the estimated time, additional charges may apply based on the time spent.
Stylist Levels: Prices vary by stylist level. If you request a specific stylist, their rate will apply to your service.
Price Adjustments: Service and product prices are subject to change. Any price adjustments will be communicated before service is rendered.
Estimates: The price provided at booking is an estimate. Final costs may vary based on time, product use, or stylist level, and will be confirmed before proceeding.
3. Service Availability or Changes
Changes to Service Offerings:
Our salon reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain services based on demand, availability of products, or other operational factors. If there are any changes to the services you are seeking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options or recommendations where applicable.Pricing Changes:
Please be aware that service prices are subject to change based on a variety of factors such as product costs, market fluctuations, or seasonal demands. We strive to provide you with the best possible value and will inform you of any price changes in advance, especially for ongoing services. If you have an existing appointment and the price of the service has changed since booking, we will provide you with the updated pricing prior to your appointment.Service Duration & Scheduling Adjustments:
While we do our best to stay on schedule, some services may take longer than expected due to the nature of the treatment or the individual needs of the client. If your appointment will exceed the expected duration, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated time of completion. Additionally, if for any reason your appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will make every effort to contact you as early as possible and offer you alternative scheduling options.
4. Client Responsibility for Providing Accurate Information
Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health, allergies, and any other relevant conditions that may affect the services they receive.
Medical & Health Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
Contact Information: Please ensure that your contact details are accurate and up to date so that we can reach you in case of appointment changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
5. Informed Consent for Services
Chemical Treatments & Risk Acknowledgment: For services such as hair color, chemical treatments, and other procedures that may carry certain risks, clients are providing informed consent by booking and receiving these services.
Risks Involved: By receiving chemical treatments, clients acknowledge that there are inherent risks (e.g., color outcomes, hair damage) and that while we strive for the best possible results, no guarantees can be made regarding the final outcome of such services.
6. Force Majeure Clause
Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or any other situation beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter appointments. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution or reschedule your appointment.
7. Salon Conduct and Etiquette
Respectful Behavior: We are committed to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Disruptive behavior, foul language, or inappropriate actions will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services and removal from the salon.
Cell Phone Use: To maintain a relaxing and professional atmosphere, we kindly request that you limit phone usage in the salon. For your comfort and the comfort of others, please turn your phone to silent or vibrate mode.
8. Social Media / Photography Release (for Minors)
Photography Consent: For clients under 18 years old, parental consent is required for any photographs taken or shared on social media. By consenting to services, parents or guardians allow us to use photos of their child for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
9. Additional Fees
Special Services & Fees: Certain services, such as after-hours appointments, holiday bookings, or extra-long hair, may incur additional fees. Any special requests or modifications to standard services may also result in extra charges. These fees will be communicated to clients in advance.
10. Special Events and Promotions
Promotions & Expiration's: From time to time, our salon will offer special events, discounts, and promotions. These may have specific expiration dates or service exclusions, and will be subject to change or cancellation at any time. Any promo codes or discounts will be applied according to the stated terms and conditions, which can be found in the promotional material.
11. Client Behavior & Conduct
Respectful Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully within the salon. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any client whose behavior disrupts the atmosphere or violates the salon’s policies.
12. Liability & Disclaimer
Liability: While we take every measure to ensure your safety, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin irritations caused by the products or services provided.
Service Results: Every individual’s hair, skin, and nails are unique. While we strive for excellent results, individual outcomes may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific results.
13. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. You consent to comply with all policies outlined above, and accept responsibility for the charges incurred for any services rendered.
